At Collector's Cage, we want you to feel confident in your luxury purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your authentic designer items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.

  Secure the Security Tag

  Ensure the original Collector's Cage security tag remains attached and intact; items with removed or tampered tags are ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original designer dust bag and box, ensuring all authenticity cards and accessories are included in the shipping package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
